Injuries have depleted the entire Broncos offense in the last two weeks. The Broncos only were able to suit up three wide receivers for their game against the Bengals today, due to Brandon Lloyd's late scratch. After Eddie Royal went down in the first half, the Broncos needed a third wide-receiver for a three-wide formation. Enter Tim Tebow?
He put on his gloves and his helmet and talked to John Fox about what was needed to be done. The dual backup QB, with Brady Quinn, then entered the game as the slot receiver. The only remaining healthy wide receivers for the Broncos are Eric Decker and Matthew Willis. Tebow lined up on the play, but Orton handed off to Lance Ball for a loss of four yards.

Tim Tebow has been practicing as the emergency wide receiver though. During warmups over the last two games Tebow has been catching passes. He is ready if Kyle Orton needs him over the middle, outside or up top.
John Fox and John Elway will probably decide Brady Quinn is taller and give him the shot at starting wideout if one of the other two get injured.
UPDATE: Tebow has yet to be targeted on a passing play.
