Tribal tattoos are for Hawaiians or USC Trojan football players, not New York Jets coach Rex Ryan. It is unknown for the time being if Rex's wife has a matching tattoo on her feet.
Also looks like Rex Ryan is still in the "X-Games spirit" since he is wearing skateboarding Converse shoes.
UPDATE: Through a Facebook video, Rex Ryan said the meaning of the tattoo is to "believe in yourself, which I got no problem doing."
